Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as dedication to providing top-notch customer service and getting great results.**Let's go over the things you'll be responsible for, what you'll need to be great at, and the requirements for this role****RESPONSIBILITIES**- One of the best parts of your job is developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.- You'll be working closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and that resident issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.- You're also responsible for assisting resident delinquency, which means making sure that residents pay their rent on time.- You'll have the important task of renewing 75% or more of the resident leases leases in your portfolio.**Core Competencies**:- Great communication skills and friendly interpersonal skills (written and verbal).- Experience in customer service, real estate, financial services or a related field.- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.- 1 to 3 years of professional experience.- Capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks until they are successfully resolved. Passionate about working with others as a team.**Desired Competencies**:- Proficiency with property management, leasing, and mobile payment solution software: Appfolio.- Knowledge of residential real estate laws, regulations, and/or housing voucher assistance programs.**REQUIREMENTS**- Fast Internet: we require a minimum download speed of 40 Mbps.- Working Computer: make sure your computer is up-to-date and running smoothly.- 2 Monitor Screens: having two screens will help you multi-task and be more productive.- Webcam: so we can have face-to-face conversations.- Headset: for clear and easy communication during meetings.- Quiet workspace: to help you focus and be productive.**COMPENSATION DETAILS**:Exciting starting salary range of **8 USD**per hour with ample opportunities for growth within the company. This is a remote position requiring full-time availability, with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US CST.
