You'll be glad you applied to ABA Finance.The Proposal manager must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees in the Company.Often act as liaisons between various teams and departments, ensuring that everyone involved in creating a proposal has the information they need to do their job properly.**Duties and responsibilities**:- Responsible for the proposal’s platform, keeping it updated- Create content, post campaigns, surveillance and triggering- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and sales during the proposal development process- Monitoring client response times and ensuring that responses meet requirements- Reviewing proposals for compliance with company policies- Coordinating the development of proposals with various departments within an organization, such as marketing, finance or sales- Evaluating proposals based on their impact on the company’s bottom line- Providing feedback to proposal writers on how to improve their proposals- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience working with the company- Managing all aspects of proposal management, including the creation of timelines and schedules for proposals- Coordinating with third parties to create proposals that meet the client’s unique requirements**Abilities**:**Communication**: Communication is the act of transferring information from one person to another. As a proposal manager, you may need to communicate with clients and team members. You may need to communicate verbally or in writing, so it’s important to be able to use both methods effectively. You may also need to communicate complex information, so it’s important to be able to explain ideas in an easy-to-understand way.**Organization**: Proposal managers need to be organized to ensure they complete all tasks in a timely manner.**Research**: Proposal managers need to be able to conduct research to find the information they need to complete their work. This may include researching company information, researching client needs or researching the competition. Being able to find the information you need quickly and efficiently can help you save time and complete your work more effectively.**Negotiation**: Proposal managers often work with other departments and individuals to create a successful proposal. This often requires negotiation skills to ensure everyone is on the same page and the proposal is what the client expects.**Required Skills and Qualifications**- MUST LIVE IN TIJUANA- Bilingual English - Spanish- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field- 5+ years professional experience in proposal management, sales, or marketing- Demonstrated success leading and managing teams through the proposal process- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills- Attention to detail and accuracy**Salary**: $24,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 22010, TIJUANA, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Proposal management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
