RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers- Follow up with customers- Responsibility for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customers' retention and satisfactionEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:- Proven telephone customer service experience in a call center environment- Excellent follow up skills- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally- Good conflict resolution skills- Strong computer skills- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situationsPay: From $10,500.00 per month
