At our core is a passion to serve our customers with products and services that create connections, improves lives and allows millions to share the stories and experiences that matter.**As a Bilingual **Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible of**:- Local IT Support (Service Delivery).- Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely.- Setup PCs, Printers and other IT equipment as required.- Support OS and SW installation and troubleshooting.- Support technology infrastructure as needed.**Requirements for this opportunity**:- English Full Professional Proficiency- Bachelors or associates IT degree preferred- At least 5 years with experience in Technology Local Support.- Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products.- Great teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills.- Different work shifts out of the business hours may be required to support specific activities.- This position is in Tecnoparque- Azcapotzalco and will report to an office location. (flexibility to work on the facilities in the area).
