**Customer Retention & Sales Representative - Natural Supplements****Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Sundays OFF**Compensation**:- Weekly base salary: $2,496- Commission: 2.5% of order value- Top 1 Bonus: Up to $2,600 (limited to 10 spots)- Average agent earns $4,500 weekly (low season)- Top performers reach $7,500 weekly**About the Role**:Join our Customer Service & Retention team and help customers stay while promoting high-quality natural supplements.
