Requirements:- Education: Finished high school or truncated degree (students are accepted)- Minimum experience of 6 months in Call Center operations, telephone service (used to working with metrics)- Abilities:- Conversational English- Effective communication.- Verbal and Written Fluency- Service attitude- Ability to capture information.- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday (1 day off for 6 days, weekday rest)Activities:Make payment promises for defaulter customers in the USA.capture information received from the client (Date of payment, where you would go to make the payment, additional customer comments.Base Salary $6,000 pesos per month + $1050 HR Bonus (Punctuality, attendance and perseverance), $5,400 productivity bonus (not capped)
