**Position**:Resident Relations Specialist (100% Remote)**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a floating resource, assisting different departments and teams with their specific needs.- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring their inquiries, concerns,and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.- Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly andempathetic manner.- Monitor and respond to resident inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.- Supporting the leasing team on an ad-hoc basis- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests andfollow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, feedback, and requests in adesignated database or CRM system.- Support the team during periods of absence, covering customer service duties and ensuringsmooth operations.- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience with Appfolio, in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationshipswith residents, team members, and external stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalismand diplomacy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability tochanging priorities.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.and communication purposes.**Payment**- Base Monthly salary of $1300 USD- Payments are processed and sent via WISE or a similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly)**Schedule**: 8:30am - 5:00pm EDT (US)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $21,904.87 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexiblesPregunta(s) de postulación:**You will need to copy paste the link and make sure there are no "" included in the linkLugar de trabajo: Remote
