**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Responsibilities**:- Analyze the customer requirements of each business (US, Mexico) and support the sales offer coordinate with planning, logistic, finance, operation, quality and all the areas related to conclude and full fill the customer requirements avoiding claims and losses in all the steps in the process- Review the Sales budget to maintain in line all the resources needed to guarantee the conclusion of the Sales offer agreed with all customers.- Prepares commentary and explanation of variances for management review.- The Customer Service Manager will prepare and update the report of the status off all the sales in each market, supporting all the all the areas related with the conclusion of the Sales Offer and helping to create visibility to day-to-day success and opportunities of the steps in the process.- The Customer Service Manager will be gathering and maintaining the human and operational resources online with the internal and external Goals and commitments making a periodic KPI´s follow up- This position requires attention to detail, analytical abilities, a creative mind to invent solutions to improve quality and internal process related to guarantee the high level of the Sales offer commitmentRequierments:- Education: Industrial engineering or Business Administration.- Strong knowledge in Logisitc, control and Inventory Management.- Experience Logistics and customer services areas.- Experience in the use of SAP/ERP.- Focus on results, with excellent negotiation, organization and planning skills.- 5 years in a similar position in Logistics or customer service areas- Able to propose solutions to problems based on data analysis.- Production Planning and Control, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Know Manufacturing Systems, Creation and Management of Reports- English:ADVANCE- Advanced skill in MS Office primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI.- Diplomas or courses in supply chain**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - trunco**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Productos Químicos
