Experiencia:
Buscamos un Directivo con al menos 10 años de experiencia comprobable en el end to end del proceso de ventas y conocimientos del entorno digital, de los cuales mínimo 7 años de experiencia en la gestión de un área similar a Digital Experience.
Que aporte su conocimiento y experiencia en últimas tecnologías de DX, dirigiendo proyectos y servicios relacionados con:
- User Experience (Investigación con usuarios, usabilidad, arte, test de usuario)
- Digital Experience Platforms (Mobile, portal, eCommerce, asistentes virtuales, AR/VR, Phygital)
Las responsabilidades alrededor de los servicios de DX girarán alrededor de los siguientes cuatro ámbitos de actuación:
- Ejecución de proyectos: Garantizando la consecución de los objetivos de proyectos/servicios en términos de eficacia, eficiencia, y satisfacción del cliente.
- Desarrollo de personas: Aplicando y transmitiendo los valores y la cultura de la empresa, contratación, asignación a proyectos, crecimiento profesional del equipo de trabajo.
- Desarrollo de negocio: Identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio, gestionando su ciclo comercial completo (presentación - cierre de la negociación) y consolidando relaciones a largo plazo con clientes y alianzas.
- Desarrollo de la línea de servicio de DX: Colaborando en la evolución de nuestra propuesta de valor, promoviendo la innovación y asegurando que el equipo se mantiene al día en cuanto a nuevos productos, estándares y tendencias.
