El área de Impact es responsable de la creación y ejecución de la estrategia de ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) de Endeavor México, mientras que el área de People se encarga de atraer a las personas adecuadas al equipo, maximizando su experiencia del empleado.
Responsabilidades
Liderazgo y Estrategia:- Definir, implementar y supervisar la estrategia de ESG para Endeavor México.
- Colaborar con socios externos, organismos reguladores y otras partes interesadas para alinear las estrategias de ESG con las mejores prácticas y tendencias del sector.
- Elaborar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el progreso y los resultados de las iniciativas de ESG y del área de People.
- Diseñar, mejorar e implementar la estrategia general de reclutamiento.
- Contratar posiciones de tiempo completo para diferentes áreas.
- Diseñar e implementar herramientas para el proceso de reclutamiento.
- Diseñar, mejorar e implementar un proceso de onboarding para nuevos integrantes del equipo.
- Planificar y personalizar el onboarding para nuevos miembros del equipo.
- Crear materiales de onboarding.
- Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo tengan una buena experiencia.
- Crear e implementar una estrategia integral de bienestar.
- Organizar las 4 reuniones anuales del equipo.
- Diseñar, implementar y gestionar el ciclo de talento con OKRs y sesiones de feedback.
- Ejecutar el proceso de offboarding para las personas que dejan la empresa.
Requerimientos para aplicar:
- Carreras: Psicología, Negocios, Innovación, Ingeniería Industrial, Responsabilidad Social o afín.
- Indispensable Titulado.
- Mínimo 3-4 años de experiencia previa en las áreas de People/RH, preferiblemente con experiencia en ESG.
- Deseable: Conocimiento en herramientas de Google Workspace.

Localización: Buscamos candidatos ubicados en la Ciudad de México o que deseen mudarse. El modelo de trabajo es híbrido (2 días presencial en oficina).
