Join us as we innovate for the future of business technology. Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to be an integral part of our regional leadership team. This role is crucial in driving organizational effectiveness, building local talent capabilities, and ensuring our people strategies directly support ambitious business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and a champion for our employees. Key Responsibilities: Organizational Health & Development: Conduct organizational diagnostics, analyze health metrics, and implement plans to improve effectiveness. Lead initiatives for organization capability building and cadre management. Talent & Leadership Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust talent and succession (echelon) plan. Own full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level (P1-P5) roles and support local graduate/entry-level hiring programs. Local Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure rigorous compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. Proactively identify and mitigate employment-related risks. Manage all local employer obligations and liaise with relevant authorities. Performance & Culture: Drive performance management cycles, from goal-setting to reviews. Actively cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture and organizational climate. Employee Lifecycle & Relations: Manage key transition points including probation, promotions, transfers, and exits. Conduct meaningful stay and exit interviews to gather insights. HR Programs & Operations: Design and implement local incentive schemes. Manage onboarding for local hires, including contract administration. Oversee work visa processes for expatriates and coordinate with Employer of Record (EOR) partners as needed. Core Duties Include: Probation Management, Reviews & Exit Interviews Recruitment (P1-P5) & Campus/ Local Hiring Support Holistic Candidate Assessment (Competency, Potential, Cultural Fit) Performance Management Cycle Facilitation Cadre Development & Succession Planning Role Profiling & Competency Framework Management Team Building & Engagement Activity Planning Promotion & Transfer Administration Organizational Diagnosis & Data Analysis Culture & Engagement Initiatives Expatriate Visa Support & EOR Coordination Local Onboarding & Documentation Requirements: Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Native fluency in the local language of the regional headquarters. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, with in-depth, practical knowledge of local employment law. Business Partnering: Demonstrated ability to understand business operations and commercial drivers. Translates business needs into effective HR solutions. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. High emotional intelligence and approachability.
