The Opportunity This is a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focused on pipeline generation and early-stage qualification. You’ll sit at the front of EasyBee’s go-to-market motion, identifying high-potential prospects, starting thoughtful conversations, and setting up qualified opportunities for Account Executives. You’ll also contribute to broader GTM initiatives by sharing market insights, helping refine messaging, and supporting outbound experiments — without owning deal close or pricing. What You’ll Do 1. Sales Development & Pipeline Generation (~70%) Own the top of the funnel — execute high-quality, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to engage target mid-market accounts. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks to assess pain points, use cases, and readiness. Run first-call discovery conversations to understand prospect workflows and surface relevant EasyBee AI use cases. Book and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives with clear context, notes, and next steps. Maintain excellent CRM hygiene — all activities, insights, and qualification data logged in HubSpot. 2. GTM Collaboration & Growth Support (~30%) Share prospect feedback, objections, and market signals to help sharpen messaging and ICP definition. Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns, sequences, and experiments — test, learn, iterate. Support creation of sales collateral, case studies, and talk tracks based on real conversations. Assist with competitive and market research, feeding insights back to leadership and product. Represent EasyBee at virtual events or conferences as needed, helping generate interest and leads. What Success Looks Like Consistent volume of qualified meetings booked for AEs. Strong lead-to-meeting conversion rates and meeting show rates. Clean, reliable HubSpot data that supports forecasting and reporting. High-quality handoffs that lead to downstream pipeline success. Actionable market and messaging insights shared with the GTM team. What You’ll Bring Experience in B2B SDR/BDR, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS or startup experience a plus). Comfortable with high-volume, multi-channel outreach while maintaining thoughtful personalization. Strong communicator who can quickly build rapport and ask smart discovery questions. Organized and process-minded — you document, track, and improve how things work. Familiar with (or eager to learn) HubSpot, Slack, and Notion. Curious about Generative AI and automation — enthusiasm matters more than technical depth.
