To complement our team in LATAM , we are looking for a Market Unit Lead .

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cross-practice market strategy
  • Oversee and execute the process from operational marketing, sales, proposing to closing
  • Collaborate with other SMEs and Practice Directors in executing the GTM
  • Ability to step in as Pre- Sales SME in at least one area of SAP
  • Revenue and direct margin calculations,
  • Develop Marketing & Sales budgets in line with target costs
  • Key Account Management
  • Plan & Execute Marketing and sales events
  • Localize templates, framework, and proposal creation tools for Lat Am
  • Manage, coordinate & Deliver Sales processes for LATAM
To join our team you need:
  • 8+ years of working experience with SAP as an account manager or Marketing Lead
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Commercial diligence
  • Networking skills
  • Team leadership and motivational skills
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Available to travel if necessary
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
