- Develop and execute cross-practice market strategy
- Oversee and execute the process from operational marketing, sales, proposing to closing
- Collaborate with other SMEs and Practice Directors in executing the GTM
- Ability to step in as Pre- Sales SME in at least one area of SAP
- Revenue and direct margin calculations,
- Develop Marketing & Sales budgets in line with target costs
- Key Account Management
- Plan & Execute Marketing and sales events
- Localize templates, framework, and proposal creation tools for Lat Am
- Manage, coordinate & Deliver Sales processes for LATAM
- 8+ years of working experience with SAP as an account manager or Marketing Lead
- Negotiation Skills
- Commercial diligence
- Networking skills
- Team leadership and motivational skills
- Go-to-market strategy
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Available to travel if necessary
- Fluent in English and Spanish
