El objetivo es de ofrecer apoyo administrativo a nivel “Chapter Leads” (Directores) en Roche Diagnostics México, para las áreas de Estrategia, Desarrollo de Negocio y Consultoría, Asuntos Médicos, Regulatorios y Acceso, Legal y Compliance.

Entre sus principales tareas está gestionar las compras indirectas (insumos de oficina), organizar viajes, gestionar eventos, crear informes y reportes, entre otras, de las áreas/ chapters mencionados.

La Oportunidad 

Su contribución única es brindar apoyo administrativo y coordinación eficiente y eficaz a los líderes regionales locales, garantizando que las formas de trabajo se optimicen trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el liderazgo, marcando la diferencia y colaborando con otras funciones de apoyo y equipos habilitantes.

  • Gestionar los viajes de los chapter leads/ directores a los que presta apoyo, y realiza el seguimiento de sus itinerarios.

  • Realizar requisiciones de compra para insumos indirectos. Gestionar documentación, reportes, facturas etc, incluida la información confidencial.

  • Mantener y garantiza la confidencialidad de la información.

  • Filtrar y recibir a los visitantes 

  • Realizar tareas de oficina, como la administración de material de oficina y la gestión del sistema de archivo.

  • Gestionar y registrar las necesidades en cuanto a suministros.

  • Desarrollar presentaciones y análisis básico de datos.

Perfil Indispensable 
  • Tienes Cédula vigente y un Titulo Universitario de de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Administración Pública o afines de preferencia.o Ingeniería.

  • Mínimo 5 años como asistente ejecutivo, preferiblemente en un entorno de gobierno corporativo o de equipos de liderazgo. Experiencia en gestión de eventos.

  • Fluido en inglés con habilidades avanzadas escritas y orales. Fluido en el idioma español.

  • Asistencia directa (GM, Dirección funcional). Habilidades de comunicación y síntesis

  • Organización y manejo de información.

  • Uso de tecnología ( sistema ERP, correo electrónico, herramientas de oficina). Suite de Google (Gmail, GDrive, GChat, etc), Herramientas Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

  • Gestión del tiempo. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con las partes interesadas en todos los niveles.
