Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Agency Partnership reporting directly to our regional COO, to spearhead our collaborative efforts with our Agency partners across the Latin America region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with investment and strategy leads that drive business growth and achieve mutual objectives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in partnership management within the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring open communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies including the creation and maintenance of Agency Incentive Programs (AIPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Collaborate with other Epsilon departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure partnership goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partnership success, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, use insights to inform partnership strategies, and share findings with internal stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support partnership initiatives, manage budgets in alignment with organizational goals, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding partnership matters, providing clear and concise communication on objectives, progress, and outcomes.
