Cómo Sales Executive de esta empresa, tendrás que buscar partners estratégicos para conseguir putos de venta retail para los servicios de entretenimiento de la empresa.

- Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar posibilidades de venta y evaluar las necesidades de los socios.
- Buscar activamente nuevas oportunidades de ventas visitando posibles socios, realizando llamadas en frío, estableciendo contactos en redes y utilizando las redes sociales.
- Programar y llevar a cabo reuniones con posibles socios.
- Concluir acuerdos (cerrar tratos).
- Iniciar la cooperación (liderar el proceso de establecimiento).
- Preparar y realizar presentaciones adecuadas sobre el producto.
- Crear revisiones y reportes frecuentes con datos de ventas y financieros.
- Negociar y cerrar acuerdos, así como manejar quejas u objeciones.
- Apoyar y liderar a los socios durante el proceso de cooperación.

Requisitos y Habilidades:

- Experiencia demostrada como Ejecutivo de Ventas o en un puesto relevante.
- Inglés avanzado conversacional y escrito.
- Excelente conocimiento de MS Office.
- Comprensión sólida de técnicas de marketing y negociación.
- Rápido aprendizaje y pasión por las ventas.
- Autodirigido con enfoque en resultados.
- Habilidad para realizar presentaciones atractivas.
- Diploma de escuela secundaria.

Formalidades de la Posición:

- Modalidad Híbrida: Esta posición implica principalmente trabajo en terreno, pero se requerirá presencialidad una o dos veces a la semana en las instalaciones de la empresa ubicada en Polanco.

- Jornada de Tiempo Completo: La jornada laboral será de 10:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. con flexibilidad horaria.

- Empleo Oficial: Se trata de un empleo oficial con todos los beneficios y derechos laborales correspondientes.

- Bono Variable: Además del salario base, se ofrece un bono variable basado en el desempeño y los logros alcanzados.
