Own client relationships in a scaled, venture-backed corporate catering company About Club Feast Club Feast is a national corporate catering platform serving companies across major U. We deliver reliable, high-quality meal programs at scale through strong restaurant partnerships and disciplined operations. We arebacked by General Catalyst (Airbnb & Snapchat investors)and led by experienced operators from high-growth companies. Club Feast is built to scale with clear ownership, systems, and leadership access. This is afully remote role, supporting U. You'll workdirectly with the COO, CEO and senior leadership, supporting strategic accounts and contributing to company-wide growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management Own and manage a portfolio of U.based client accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Ensure a consistently high-quality client experienceAccount Growth & Retention Create tailored food program proposals Upsell new services, events, and expanded programs Identify risks and opportunities before they impact retentionCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant teams Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot Share client insights and feedback with leadershipWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Independently managing assigned client accounts Building trust with clients and internal teams Driving retention and account expansion Becoming a trusted partner to leadershipWho You Are Excellent written and verbal English communicator Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple accounts Experience in hospitality, concierge, or client services is a plus Strong Excel and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)Why Join Club Feast Work closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership High ownership and accountability Remote-first, globally distributed team Clear growth path into senior or strategic account roles Join a well-funded company building a category-defining platform
