We're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Mexico City to own client relationships and ensure our customers achieve their marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance and flag issues before clients do Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative) to resolve client requests Native English fluency (written and verbal) - non-negotiable ~2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services ~ Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment preferred ~ Comfortable with data - you can read dashboards and speak to performance metrics ~ Based in Mexico City with reliable internet and availability during US business hours (CST/EST overlap)Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO reporting tools Work with US clients on interesting brands ~ Growth path into Senior CSM or Account Director roles
