Dirigir a un equipo directamente y empujar con equipos indirectos, buscando asegurarnos de cumplir con las metas de crecimiento, rentabilidad, y mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente, así como la optimización de procesos y sistemas. Esto con base en el análisis de datos de las distintas métricas, y buscando las correlaciones apalancándose de diferentes Stakeholder para llegar a un análisis 360.
¿Participar en proyectos clave del negocio, en conjunto con el resto del equipo con recomendaciones basadas en data.
Revisar la experiencia de compra de inicio a fin con la intención de identificar cualquier oportunidad dentro de los procesos blindando la experiencia del cliente.
Con base en los OKRs definidos en el proceso de planeación anual, deberá monitorear los resultados clave y la experiencia de los clientes con la intención de detectar, de forma preventiva oportunidades y desarrollar los planes de mejora.
Entender las best practices del mercado retando el estatus quo y promoviendo la mejora continua así como entender las nuevas herramientas que pudieran ayudar a tener mejores análisis del comportamiento de clientes.
Asegurarse de que cualquier iniciativa o desarrollo que se libere esté enfocado en mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
