Is a global technology company offering a comprehensive SaaS platform for the hospitality and restaurant industry. The solution includes modules for operations and audits management, inventory and purchasing control, staff scheduling, digital training, real-time analytics, and compliance.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of the GTM Sales Enterprise team and focus exclusively on inbound lead management. You will receive, qualify, and follow up on all incoming leads (Demo Requests, MQLs, marketing campaigns), ensuring fast, consistent, and high-quality engagement.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and delivering qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
Experience with CRM systems and email campaign tools.
Comfortable working with SLAs and performance-driven targets.
Fluent English is a plus.
Hybrid-first role with flexible working arrangements.
