As we expand, we're seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our international team.

**Position Summary**:
As an SDR at Gatego, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with prospects across international markets. You’ll be an essential part of our sales pipeline and work closely with the Business Development and Sales Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the US, LATAM, and other international markets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Gatego’s products and value proposition.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales executives.
- Attend international industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

**Requirements**:

- **100% bilingual in Spanish and English** (spoken and written).
- **Valid U.S. visa** - _frequent international travel required._
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in B2B SaaS or access control/security industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach strategies.
- Previous international sales exposure.
