Catalyst Consulting is a boutique, revenue-focused marketing consultancy working with high-growth B2B SaaS companies. We operate with a small, senior team and are trusted by our clients to manage millions of dollars per year in paid media spend.

We prioritize focus, quality, and long-term client partnerships over scale for scale’s sake. Demand is not our constraint — execution quality is.
We are hiring a Client Operations & Delivery Lead to own client delivery, operational execution, and quality control across our client portfolio.

This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for ensuring that campaigns, creative, tracking, reporting, and timelines are executed at a consistently high standard. While this role does not require day-to-day media buying, it does require a strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and the judgment to know what “good” looks like.

This is not an entry-level role and not a traditional project manager position.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack and email
Operations & Delivery Management
Own task creation, prioritization, and delivery in ClickUp
Balance proactive planning with ad hoc client requests


Quality Control & Execution Oversight
Identify and flag risks related to messaging, tracking, pacing, or execution quality
Create, test, and connect forms and workflows in HubSpot
Work across Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Notion
This role is not a junior project management position
Strong understanding of paid media workflows (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
~ Experience helping scale an agency or services business is a strong plus
~ Near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
