Customer Success Architect Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) About the Role We are looking for a Success Architect to lead strategic client value realization for our top enterprise customers across North America and globally. As the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive retention, growth, and long-term success. Success Architects play a pivotal role in supporting our client's most critical customers. You will provide expert guidance on solution design, scalability, and best practices, while proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements to maintain technical health. Your insights will empower customers to plan, develop, and evolve their implementations—aligning technology with business goals. What You'll Do - Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for enterprise accounts. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure executive alignment, adoption, and renewals. Assess implementations and deliver recommendations on architecture, solution design, lifecycle management, and feature adoption. Act as a technical SME , offering proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, and best practices. Simplify complex concepts for technical and executive audiences. Identify gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions. Represent the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap. Provide thought leadership in events and client forums. Stay ahead of trends in AI and media intelligence , connecting insights to business outcomes. Manage multiple client programs with strong prioritization. What You'll Bring - 6+ years in enterprise account management, consulting, or SaaS customer success. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data structuring, and data architecture . Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Deep understanding of consumer & media intelligence and interest in AI. Experience with C‐level stakeholders (marketing, communications, PR). Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS value drivers . Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable in matrixed global environments.
