Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven sales professional who want to take their career to the next level at PRIMO. As the owner of your own sales pipeline, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong and sustainable relationships with key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring excellent execution of sales strategies and long-term client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Analyze market research and data to identify opportunities. Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and meet targets. Manage lead generation, RFPs, and system demos. Oversee and grow your client portfolio, developing KPIs and monitoring performance. Keep clients engaged through timely communication and industry updates. Develop accurate quotations and negotiate deals (rates, margins, agreements). Ensure compliance with company sales policies and branch guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of sales experience in logistics and transportation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships, network, and deliver impactful presentations. Experience with client SOPs, KPIs, and account management.
