Job Description: 1. Recruiting and building relationships with potential agencies/supporters /diamond agents to reach cooperation on the platform. Continuing to promote the recruitment of agencies, supporters and diamond agents, developing strategies to maintain and grow the number of agencies/supporters. Hunting for and inviting new supporters who can purchase on the platform, improving the retention of these supporters. Assisting and collaborating with the team to monitor the performance of agencies/supporters. Being a positive contributor to the team and organization; Requirement: Proven experience in BD or talent/agency coordination roles/entertainment industry. Familiar with the operation of social apps, especially voice chat apps in the United States, Latin American countries (excluding Brazil), Canada, Australia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Philippines. Obtain solid communication skills to deal with all kinds of people, be willing to solve/handle all sorts of problems/situations patiently and flexibly. Self-disciplined, highly organized, and able to work independently.
