Gerente Comercial – Retención y Crecimiento de Cartera (Seguros) CDMX / Grupo CYSE | Bróker multirramo & Insurtech El reto Liderar la relación con nuestros clientes actuales para: Proteger la cartera Elevar la experiencia del cliente Impulsar venta cruzada y crecimiento orgánico Desarrollar un equipo comercial con mentalidad consultiva Responsabilidades clave Liderar al equipo de atención a clientes. Garantizar retención Lograr crecimiento sobre la cartera existente. Implementar una cultura de contacto proactivo. Diseñar estrategias de fidelización y experiencia del cliente. Coordinarse con áreas técnicas, siniestros y cobranza para una atención integral. Medir y mejorar indicadores de satisfacción, quejas y SLAs comerciales. Reportar avances y KPIs directamente a Dirección General. Perfil que buscamos Indispensable 10 años en seguros, servicios financieros o B2B. Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales o de atención a clientes. Enfoque probado en retención, customer success o crecimiento de cartera. Alta disciplina, seguimiento y sentido de urgencia. Excelente comunicación y liderazgo. Experiencia en bróker de seguros, aseguradora o insurtech. Conocimiento de GMM, Vida, Autos y Daños. Manejo de CRM (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot u otros).
