Sales Manager, Medical and Surgical

Objetivo:
Lidera el equipo de ventas, establece sus objetivos y garantiza que las estrategias del negocio sean acatadas, con el propósito de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas proyectados.
Factores Críticos de éxito / entregables claves:
1. Negocios
- Entiende los objetivos y la estrategia general del negocio Instruments (Go-to-market). Orienta al equipo sobre inteligencia de mercado, en su proceso de cumplir con las metas financieras y de ventas del negocio.
2. Ventas
- Prospecta y monitorea para que las cuotas de ventas estén siendo cumplidas por el equipo de ventas/especialistas.
3. Planeamiento de Negocios
- Desarrolla estrategias para generar nuevos negocios e introducir nuevos productos tanto en el canal directo (hospitales públicos y privados) como indirecto (socios comerciales).
4 . Cumplimiento
- Conduce todos los negocios y asuntos cumpliendo con las leyes y normas, incluyendo la Ley de Prácticas Anti-Corrupción (FCPA), el Código de Conducta Comercial de Stryker, con los más altos principios éticos.
5. Precios
- Crea y maneja estrategias de precios para obtener propuestas de valor versus la competencia.
6. Inventario
- Trabaja con Operaciones para determinar las cantidades de inventario, alineadas según la cantidad de ventas actuales (forecast accuracy).
Escolaridad:
- Licenciatura en Comercio / Administración / Mercadeo / Ingeniería, o similares
Experiencia en la Industria de Salud:
- 5-7 años de experiencia en la industria de la salud, preferiblemente
