  • Soporte a todo el parque de PC’s y periféricos
  • Resolver los incidentes de hardware y software in situ
  • Preparación, instalación, configuración y cambio de equipos de cómputo
  • Clonación de equipos, backup de la información del usuario
  • Personalización del equipo y restore de la información
  • Preparación de equipos para ser entregados al proveedor y usuarios
  • Atenciones de primera línea a impresoras
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de Hardware
  • Profesionalconestudiosensistemas,informática osimilares.
  • ConocimientosenITIL(deseable no obligatorio)
  • Conocimiento técnico en HW (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de tickets
  • 2 Años de experiencia
  • Tecnologías Necesarias, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, SCCM, Soporte remoto, Antivirus, Respaldos de información, One drive, Teams, Salas de videoconferencias, Periféricos.
  • Idioma Inglés intermedio (que comprenda y pueda brindar respuestas en una conversación con personal extranjero)
  • Experiencia brindando soporte a usuarios VIP y de alto nivel jerárquico
  • Buena presentación
  • Disponibilidad de horario, se puede solicitar que cubra tiempo extra
  • Actitud de servicio, cordial y respetuoso
