Talent Acquisition - Americas Lead

Job Summary:

Reporting into Corporate Human Resources, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company’s growth and innovation.You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to source and select the best candidates. This role will lead talent acquisition for the Americas corporate team, with primary focus on Sales, Field Tech, and Consulting functions.


What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications across various domains (e.g., sales, business development, consulting, field tech, support, software development & engineering, IT infrastructure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations for Mexico, USA, Canada.
