Grounded in our Purpose to " Care for People so they can be their Best ", the Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for bringing this Purpose to life through the execution and delivery of the Hyatt brand and brand experiences across all stakeholders: guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities. With passion, care, and a strong work ethic, the Director of Sales & Marketing actively and consistently engage all stakeholders to listen, learn, and lead a diverse team focused on building brand loyalty and cultivating positive guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives for a successful opening and beyond. Build and inspire a high-performing commercial team focused on collaboration, creativity, and results. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners, travel professionals, and corporate clients. Collaborate across departments to optimize occupancy, maximize total revenue, and elevate the guest experience. Champion the brand identity of Park Hyatt Mexico City through impactful campaigns, storytelling, and events that reflect the essence of modern luxury. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years' experience as Director or Associate Director of Sales & Marketing in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel. Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and brand positioning. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
