They provide process and technology to service condominium associations, boards, and unit owners across Connecticut.


As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Show an understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Assist Director of Management and association managers as required
  • Handle all pool and gate access systems while maintaining a master pool list
  • Assist in sending violation notices
  • Coordinate board and annual meeting reservations
  • Prepare copies for board and annual meetings
  • Keep meeting calendar up-to-date and organized
  • Coordinate community-wide mailings
  • Coordinate monthly emails
  • Follow up on open work orders.
  • Answer homeowner questions via email or phone calls.

Schedule


Monday to Friday


  • Standard: 8:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight saving: 07:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time

We Offer


  • Computer equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and Headset).
  • Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).
  • 12 vacation days after the first year.

After the 3-month contract, we add the following:


  • Minor medical insurance
  • Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary monthly).
  • Restaurant tickets (~$2,030 MXN. monthly)
  • Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).


MIN REQUIREMENTS:


MUST: Advanced-Native English (verbal and written)


  • Around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Strong understanding of MS office.
  • Fast learner.
  • Experience in Property Management or HOA Management is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Accent level 1 is preferred.
  • Experience handling work orders/tickets.
  • Experience handling demanding customers.
