Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing communication with property owners, organizing cleaning and maintenance services, and being available for your teammates to take ownership of situations when they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a set of properties, including organizing cleaning, maintenance, and repair services
  • Proactive and reactive communication with property owners, requiring strong English fluency and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be available for your teammates, take ownership of situations when they arise, and find solutions

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience working as a manager at a vacation rental company or hotel
  • English fluency (speaking and writing), interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, leadership capability, openness to learning, empathy, and patience
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico
