It's a community association management company. We believe that building and maintaining a community takes more than just hammers and nails. It takes integrity, trust, experience, and support.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Update community-related information in the document system.
  • Maintain the annual calendar and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist Community Association Managers with special projects and various tasks.
  • Prepare letters, notices, newsletters, and flyers.
  • Attend periodic Zoom meetings, taking minutes, creating action lists, and following up on tasks.
  • Support the Board, homeowners, and vendors with general inquiries via email and phone.
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinate tax preparation, and update reserve studies.
  • Prepare agendas and calendars for scheduled meetings.
  • Manage Association records.
  • Monitor outstanding items to prevent delays and backlogs, ensuring follow-up with internal and external partners to complete client tasks.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

  • Standard: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time

This position is remote. You can apply from Mexico City, Jalisco, or states around them (you must live within a 6-hour driving distance).

We Offer

After the 3-month contract, we add the following:

  • Minor medical insurance
  • Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary monthly).
  • Restaurant tickets ($2,030 MXN. monthly)
  • Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

MUST: Advanced-Native English (verbal and written)

  • 3 years of experience overseeing staff, project management, and administrative tasks.
  • Prior experience dealing with condominiums or property management is a plus.
  • Multitasking
  • Abilities to understand association rules and formal/legal documents.
