Job Description
 

Zendesk is looking for a driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our high-performing Go-to-Market (GTM) team At Zendesk, you will have a major impact on the growth and direction of the North America Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial business.. You must have a growth mindset, love to collaborate with high caliber teammates, and be passionate about driving positive change.

As a key member of the GTM Operations team, your mission will be to work with Sales Operations leadership to accelerate sales cycles and deal closure by manipulating large data sets that produce insights into sales performance. Sound exciting? We'd love to talk

What youâll do

Sales Planning & Analysis: Contribute to the analysis that enables operational success of Zendeskâs North American sales organization, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, target setting, and identifying new revenue opportunities

CRM Data Quality: Monitor data and performance of sales and marketing activities to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; identify, highlight and resolve data quality issues

Operational Support: Partner with Sales teams to provide responsive guidance and support and create comprehensive written documentation of sales operations processes.

Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with go-to-market leaders and become the advisor for forecasting and sales productivity

Performance Management: Contribute to the creation and management of performance tracking systems, including KPIs, dashboards, that enhance data-driven decision-making

Who you are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated analytical ability, especially with spreadsheets 

  • Organized, with strong project management skills, attention to detail and with a strong growth mindset

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)

  • Experience with a CRM system

  • Experience in operations, sales, marketing, or customer success

  • Familiarity with SQL a strong plus
