The Total Rewards Global Business Services (GBS) Director will hold a key leadership position within the People & Culture (P&C) GBS organization. The primary goal for this leader is to build and operate the Total Rewards Services organization in Mexico City to deliver best-in-class operations to our stakeholders. This role has responsibility for day-to-day leadership of the global compensation programs, US Severance, Latin American (LATAM) payroll preparation, and LATAM benefits leave administration teams and is accountable for all aspects of performance including ownership of strategy for optimizing services and creating efficiencies in this space. The role requires a proven and dynamic leader with a customer service focus, cost improvement focus, process improvement mindset, innovation mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, and communication skills who is ready to partner with teams at all levels across the organization.  Â
Your Role Accountabilitiesâ¦Â
Lead the day-to-day operations of all assigned process areas across the global annual rewards cycle, severance and accrual processes, and Latin America pre-payroll, benefits, and leaves administration. Â
Responsible for ensuring a high standard of delivery to meet SLAâs/KPIâs and providing an exceptional employee experience Â
Drive continuous improvements and service delivery excellence opportunities, foster a culture of innovation within the teamÂ
Manage and maintain effective internal and external relationships with 3rd party vendors/partners Â
Works in partnership with the Centre of Excellence Regional Total Rewards Director for LATAM and US.Â
Ensure processes achieve full compliance with policy and control environment including data privacy and SOXÂ Â
Champion a positive employee experience by continuously enhancing P&C services by addressing feedback and concerns Â
People management/ leadership of the team including succession planning, coaching, developing talent, and creating a strong employee cultureÂ
Qualifications & Experienceâ¦Â
Experience: 8 years in Human Resources, including 3+ years in Shared Services/Delivery. Proven expertise in leading Total Rewards/HR support functions and managing operations in a multinational environment.Â
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources or related field requiredÂ
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred but not requiredÂ
Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with HR and benefits systems, particularly Workday and Benify. Â
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in multinational operations. Proven ability to lead, engage, and build positive team cultures.Â
Relationship Management: Strong relationship and negotiation skills. Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations.Â
Process Management: Skilled in process management, improvements, and re-engineering. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.Â
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, delegation, and follow-up skills. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.Â
Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to provide well-thought-out recommendations, manage risk, and adapt to changing environments.Â
Global Perspective: International experience is required, along with willingness and ability to travel internationally.Â
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Persuasive and persistent in driving change.Â
Leadership Presence: Strong business and technical acumen with an inspiring leadership presence. Demonstrates 360-degree leadership, balancing cost, productivity, and timeliness in executing strategy.Â
