Las funciones del Gerente de Marketing se enfocaran pero no se reducirán a:

  • Desarrollar estrategias y tácticas para posicionar nuestros productos en los médicos veterinarios y propietarios de mascota.
  • Realizar campañas de marketing que garanticen el éxito de los productos actuales, como también de nuevos lanzamientos con el apoyo de las areas técnicas, de soporte y fuerza de ventas.
  • Desarrollar canales de adquisición orgánicos y de pago, con creación del contenido y campañas de valor en nuestras redes sociales, sitios web, buscadores y paginas de trafico de valor para posicionar nuestros productos en el mercado.
  • Entablar relaciones estratégicas y asociarse con actores, agencias y proveedores claves de la industria para enriquecer la planeación estratégica y comercial.
  • Preparar y monitorizar el presupuesto de marketing trimestral y anualmente para la adecuada administración de recursos de las franquicias a su cargo.
  • Supervisar y aprobar material de marketing para el uso de campañas locales como también de proyectos regionales y globales.
  • Medir y elaborar informes sobre el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing, obtener información y realizar evaluaciones con respecto a los objetivos
  • Apoyar a la fuerza de ventas, distribuidores y equipos técnicos con estrategias de valor para la generación de demanda de nuestros productos.

Requisitos:

- Mas de 5 años de experiencia en marketing

- Experiencia como liderando equipos

- Deseable experiencia comercial

- Formación veterinaria o carreras de negocios

- Inglés avanzado
