Propósito

Responsable de alcanzar tanto los objetivos de GSO como de Field Sales para la región. Responsable de desarrollar y gestionar estratégicamente el segmento de negocios Business Transient, Travel Management Company/Consortia, Grupos y Mercado de Ocio entre empresas dentro de la organización global de ventas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en América Latina y el Caribe. La posición también es responsable de trabajar como líder de ventas dentro de la región en el Equipo de Liderazgo Senior, representando a GSO dentro del equipo más amplio de América Latina y el Caribe. Además, esta posición liderará los esfuerzos de Field Sales en la región, asegurando que el negocio se dirija a nuestros hoteles, centrándose en nuestros mayores contribuyentes de ingresos, así como en aperturas clave.

Principales tareas & responsabilidades

  • Gestionar/liderar los esfuerzos de venta de los vendedores globales asignados
  • Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave y ser responsable de la gestión de cuentas clave de las cuentas identificadas dentro de la región. Establecer objetivos a nivel de cuenta y planes de cuenta asociados (incluyendo llamadas de ventas, presentaciones, reuniones con socios y revisiones comerciales) para aumentar la cuota de mercado del cliente
  • Ayudar a los hoteles donde sea necesario en oportunidades educativas de cuentas específicas y segmentos de mercado, junto con estrategias para aumentar los ingresos de los clientes de GSO a través del proceso de Wyndham, incluyendo, pero no limitado a: Lanyon, "Cvent Transient", Listas de Deseos, Casos de Negocio, Uso de la Comunidad de Wyndham y otras herramientas disponibles
  • Crear una colaboración sólida con los ejecutivos de GSO para Business Transient y Specialty para garantizar la alineación en la gestión de Cuentas Globales
  • Liderar los esfuerzos de Field Sales en la región, dirigiendo el negocio hacia nuestros hoteles. Supervisar los presupuestos de ventas de los hoteles, las estrategias de ventas, establecer contacto con el personal en la propiedad (principalmente los Gerentes Generales y los equipos de Ventas), así como con los propietarios de los hoteles, y proporcionarles orientación y apoyo para ayudarles a alcanzar sus objetivos

Estudios & Experiencia

Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas hoteleras con énfasis en los mercados Business Transient, TMC y Leisure en la región de América Latina y el Caribe

Debe estar establecido en la industria hotelera como un vendedor sólido con capacidad para liderar y gestionar también un equipo de Ventas Globales (GSO) y Field Sales

Capacidad para hacer crecer GSO y Field Sales dentro de la región y para expandir la cobertura de los segmentos de mercado según sea necesario

Se requiere un nivel avanzado de español e inglés. Deseable, nivel avanzado de portugués
