Job Description:
Funge como pieza clave en la ejecución de las estrategias definidas para el cliente, de la categoría de mascotas.
Participa en el desarrollo de actividades tácticas para mejorar distribución, alcance, exhibición y rotación del portafolio de productos, maximizando el rendimiento del presupuesto asignado para el desarrollo de las cuentas.
Es responsable de la gestión y reportes administrativos, de seguimiento de cartera y de indicadores de desempeño para las cuentas.
What are we looking for?Experiencia laboral en el área de ventas y/o en áreas relacionadas en negociación con los clientes y manejo de cuentas (deseable)
Toma de decisiones sobre presupuesto.
Capacidad y análisis numérico para transfórmalo en estrategias
Manejo de Excel
Análisis y evaluación de información para generación de planes/actividades para la cuenta.
Administración del correcto ejercicio de los recursos (trade).
Negociación de la implementación de estrategias promocionales y de crecimiento con el cliente.
Generación de planes de volumen para cobertura de cuota.
Elaboración de estrategias para piso de ventas.
Comunicación con áreas de influencia para la gestión de apoyos adicionales y/o planes a la medida para el cliente (SRM, Consumer, Planeación de la demanda, Ejecución) y otras áreas dentro del cliente.
