Trabajamos con empresas de CPG, retail, alimentos y bebidas, fitness, industrial y lifestyle , ofreciendo soluciones completas desde el concepto hasta la entrega final.Título del puesto: Business Development Manager – U.Área: Comercial / Nuevos NegociosUbicación: Santa Fe, CDMXTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSeniority: Mid–SeniorLiderar la adquisición de nuevos clientes estratégicos en Estados Unidos en sectores como bebidas, CPG, retail y wellness.El rol es responsable de generar pipeline, ejecutar estrategias outbound, realizar discovery calls, coordinar con diseño/operaciones/sourcing y cerrar tanto pilotos como programas de mayor escala.4.1 Prospección y desarrollo de pipelineDesarrollar mensajes estratégicos alineados al valor de Nextshore.4.2 Discovery y consultoría comercial4.3 Desarrollo de propuestasCoordinar con Diseño, Project Management, Sourcing y Operaciones para estructurar soluciones.Presentar propuestas en inglés de manera profesional y persuasiva.Negociar términos, precios, condiciones y entregas.4.5 Reportes, control comercial y CRMLicenciatura concluida en cualquier área (Administración, Negocios, Marketing, Ingeniería, Diseño o afín).Plus altamente valorado: certificaciones en ventas consultivas, marketing B2B, gestión comercial o cursos formales de negociación.5.2 Experiencia~3–6 años de experiencia en ventas B2B.~ Experiencia manejando ciclos consultivos y cierres entre $25K–$250K USD .~ Deseable experiencia en POP, packaging, manufactura, displays o productos físicos.Dominio de herramientas de prospección: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo o similares.Manejo de CRM (ideal Pipedrive).Excel intermedio (análisis de costos y márgenes).Inglés avanzado (indispensable).Generación de contenido comercialAnálisis de cuentas y mercadosResúmenes de notas, correos y datosResiliencia ante rechazo y habilidades de apertura de mercado.Organización, orden y disciplina comercial.
