IT Sales Support Executive SoftwareOne Scope: Full Time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery and plays a critical role in the Off‑Catalog delivery model, supporting end‑to‑end software sales and procurement while enabling sellers to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience. How a day‑to‑day would look like in this role: Support the Off‑Catalog delivery model and the end‑to‑end Software Sales process within Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery. Provide operational support to sellers to improve efficiency and ensure a strong customer experience. Manage customer communications and case handling, including quotes and distributor‑related topics. Own end‑to‑end software procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with sales, Account Managers, and cross‑functional teams, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, Customer/Client Management, with at least a basic background in the software or IT industry (required). Demonstrate a strong customer‑focused mindset, maintain a clear sales‑oriented approach. Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+). Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow). Desired Qualifications Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement. Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs. Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources. Soft Skills Communication: Strong client follow‑up and customer‑focused interaction. Proactive and motivated to take initiative. Results‑driven. Organization: Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Problem‑Solving: Solid analytical and consultative skills.
