We are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Support Advisor (1 year) in our Shared Services Department who will support to create an effective and efficient platform for growth and recruiting. Responsibilities Deliver consistent and timely recruitment screening and coordinating activities, ensuring high quality and efficiency in the entire recruitment process. Foster a great working environment with focus on quality, learning and performance. Partner with leaders and ensure sustainable global processes. Navigate an evolving global environment with various ways of working and cultural diversity. Act as direct line recruitment support for a designated region to enable recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard LEGO employees. Act as direct line recruitment support for applicants and candidates throughout the process, contributing to candidate satisfaction. Support CV screening and ranking according to specific position requirements. Participate in hiring manager and recruiter calls to define strategy, clarify role requirements and debrief meetings. Post and manage all open roles in the applicant tracking system and other identified channels across all recruitment phases for proper reporting and tracking. Be the first touchpoint for candidate communications, including invitations to interview, coordination, follow-up communications, and interview scheduling, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in new tasks and projects in the Recruitment Support department on a global level. Send surveys at the end of each recruitment process for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. Maintain effective communication with other regional Recruitment Support colleagues. Participate in and support new tasks and/or projects in the Recruitment Support department at both regional and global levels. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration/Human Resources field Relevant professional experience in recruitment with a focus on search and lead generation Software: MS Office, Workday, tracking systems Language: Fluent English Positive, service-minded and outgoing Ability to work independently on predetermined tasks via virtual direction from partners Solid business understanding Strong organizational skills Structured, detailed, and accurate in work Strong communicator Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; flexible Shared services experience is desirable What’s in it for you?
