Mayan Technologies is looking for an active, innovative, Recruitment & Admin Support Coordinator.As a Recruitment & Admin Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in the recruitment process and participate in company administrative tasks.**What you will be doing**:You will be responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of recruiting. Participate in continuous process improvement and development team(s) to improve current processes and implement new processes as well as participate in general administrative tasks in the company.**Responsibilities**- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules- Draft and post the job posting internally/externally in job portals.- Settle applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Develop initiatives to support staffing goals and strategies- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- Coordinate company events and activities.**Requirements**:- 2 + or more years of experience in recruiting- 1+ year of administrative experience preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
