About the Role Lead strategy and execution of building new partnerships in Mexico. Identify, target, and close agreements with channel partners across industry, geography, and expertise clusters. Manage partner relationships throughout the partnership life‑cycle, balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential. Forecast partnership pipeline, track performance, and optimize results, addressing issues as they arise. Own partner portfolio targets and deliver results in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Requirements 5–10 years of sales/business development experience, focus on the Brazil market. 2+ years managing channel partners/resellers. Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency required. Capability to manage projects from inception to completion. Strong relationship‑building skills, initiative, and outstanding verbal and written communication. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Team player with a winner mindset. Experienced negotiator with high closing rates.
