Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.Job Description2nd level support through the company internal ticketing systemAssure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictabilityResponsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvementInstallation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for applicationsManages solution implementations for addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system componentsIncident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standardQualifications and ExperienceProficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or relatedKnowledge of ERP and MES SystemsAt least 3 years of professional experienceUnderstanding of Business and IT Processes within production environmentPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.LEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
