Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.Job DescriptionThe Integration Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving system and process integrations across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between Operations and Development, ensuring seamless alignment of business processes, technical integrations, and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure availability, stability, and performance of integration platforms and middlewareManage integration-related incidents, problems, and service requestsCollaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy new integrationsTranslate business requirements into technical integration solutionsLead testing and validation processes for integration changesAct as liaison between Operations, Development, and Business stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement of integration processes and governanceContribute to enterprise architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and resilienceManage integration roadmaps, aligning them with business and IT strategiesProvide training and knowledge sharing for operations and support teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of experience in IT operations, system integration, or software developmentExcellent communication skills in English (Both written and verbal)Strong understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ESB, iPaaS, EDI) and modern integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, message queues)Proven experience in managing both operational support and integration development projectsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExperience with operations and development methodologies (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vendor managementAdditional InformationUpper law benefits.Grocery vouchers.Weekly payment.People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
