The Role We’re hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. This is a crucial role for our continued growth and requires excellent spoken English, interpersonal confidence, and persistence when navigating gatekeepers at medical practices. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Outreach Send 50–100 templated outbound messages daily via the founder’s LinkedIn to drive credibility and set meetings. Cold Calling Call medical practices to book meetings, following a proven script for compliance. Navigate front-desk staff confidently to reach key decision-makers. Pipeline Support Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team. Handle objections professionally and with persistence. Process Adherence Follow defined outreach scripts, messaging frameworks, and reporting protocols. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 1–2 years in an SDR or similar outbound sales role. Must have experience with cold calling. Language & Communication Near-native English fluency with minimal accent. Strong, clear, and confident phone presence. Skills & Traits Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional resilience. Comfortable with objections and multiple follow-ups. Reliable and consistent in daily outreach performance.
