Descripción larga Location: Aguascalientes, Mx. Industry - Sector: Financial Services – Banking What you’ll do Handle and log requests and incidents using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Genesys). Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals). Provide support for office software (Microsoft 365, browsers, antivirus, etc.). Manage access and passwords (Active Directory, corporate email). Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels. Document solutions and technical procedures. What You’ll Bring Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with LAN/Wi‑Fi networks and connectivity concepts. Experience using ticketing and documentation tools. Knowledge of Active Directory and user management. Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, LogMeIn) is a plus.
