We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who would like to join the software industry and begin their sales career at Canonical. We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams with a goal to manage inbound leads for a global tech company and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. The role also serves as a sales academy, with a strong emphasis on skill development and culture establishment. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs. Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline. Organize and develop the skills of team members to represent the company effectively over their careers.
