About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Diabetes Sales Team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Diabetes Sales Team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance management and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive strategic product sales development in the Diabetes sales market.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Diabetes Market, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • Develop and implement best practices for solving market development and sales development challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
