Consultas médicas (estacionarias/crónico degenerativas)
Atención y manejo de accidentes de todo tipo (N, C y LTA)
Cumplimiento a los estándares corporativos (protección respiratoria, protección auditiva)
Realizar y cumplir Programas Preventivos de salud del departamento médico.
Atender Urgencias y Emergencias que sucedan en la empresa.
Impartir temas de capacitación al personal en materia de salud e higiene
Realizar las estadísticas de morbilidad y accidentabilidad
Atender y cumplir con requerimientos de las Dependencias Gubernamentales en el ramo de la SaludOcupacional e Higiene.
Realizar la investigación y tratamiento inicial de todos los pacientes que se hayan accidentado o quepresenten una enfermedad ocupacional.
Coordinar y seguir los programas resultantes de las visitas del Depto. de Seguridad, Higiene y MedioAmbiente.
Elaborar las Estadísticas de Morbilidad, Curvas Endémicas y Accidentabilidad.
Controlar y reportar sus indicadores.
Supervisar actividades de las enfermeras.
Administrar el manejo de los residuos biológicos infecciosos como aspecto ambiental significativo
enmarcado en el sistema de administración ambiental.
Realizar y cumplir las acciones preventivas y correctivas para salvaguardar la salud de los asociados,
teniendo un impacto positivo en indicadores como ausentismo, incapacidad poraccidentes/enfermedad general, siniestralidad.
Asegurar el cumplimiento legal de los diferentes estándares de la ley, así como las normasinternacionales ISO 45000, ISO 14001 y SA 8000.
Requisitos:
Médico Cirujano Partero(Título y cédula)
Maestría.
Ingles Avanzado
5 años en atención médica general a pacientes
Experiência en Medicina Preventiva del Trabajo
Administración de programas de salud en empresas manufactureras
Conocimiento de NOM ́s vigentes, LFT y STPS
Deseable experiência en Seguridad Industrial
